Barrington Media Group Acquires Blackbird Garage

Barrington Media Group, LLC (“Barrington”, “BMG” or the “Company”), a technology-enabled marketing services business that focuses on direct response advertisements, added to its digital marketing platform with the acquisition of Chicago-based Blackbird Garage LLC (“Blackbird Garage”). Blackbird Garage specializes in digital advertising for fast-growing consumer products and services customers, including those in the apparel and meal delivery segments. Blackbird Garage executives Steve Dinelli and Nick Kellermeyer will continue with BMG and lead its digital advertising practice.
