Fort Point Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle-market services companies, has announced the hiring of Kerry Muse as Director of Business Development. As Director, Kerry will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, developing and managing relationships with new and existing sources of deal flow, and directing strategic marketing efforts. Kerry joins current Director of Business Development, Justin Shin, to co-lead the firm’s new investment and add on investment effort.
Prior to joining Fort Point, Kerry was Director of Business Development at Windjammer Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm. At Windjammer, she was responsible for intermediary coverage and sourcing/qualification efforts for both new platform and add-on investment opportunities. Previously, Kerry was a Director with Sherbrooke Capital, a growth capital private equity firm investing in health and wellness, where she was responsible for all aspects of deal origination, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio company management. Kerry received a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
