Strata Information Group Acquires Triaxiom Security

Strata Information Group, LLC ("SIG" or the "Company"), a portfolio company of Fort Point Capital, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Triaxiom Security, LLC ("Triaxiom"), a leading provider of cybersecurity services including penetration testing, compliance auditing and strategic consulting. The acquisition will result in establishing a pioneering Cybersecurity consulting practice exclusively dedicated to addressing the security needs of colleges and universities.

By leveraging Triaxiom Security's specialized cybersecurity services, SIG aims to assist colleges and universities in conducting thorough penetration testing, achieving compliance with the latest security regulations, and enhancing protection against ransomware attacks and other cybersecurity threats.
