AMS Fulfillment Acquires Vox Fulfillment

AMS Fulfillment (“AMS” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Fort Point Capital, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Vox Fulfillment, a Utah-based third-party omnichannel fulfillment provider serving fast-growing brands across health and wellness, beauty and cosmetics, apparel and consumer products.

Since 2018, Vox Fulfillment has helped brands scale through a comprehensive outsourced logistics platform spanning warehousing, kitting and assembly, order fulfillment and technology integrations. With more than 200,000 square feet of warehouse operations in Provo, Utah, Vox Fulfillment adds a strategically important Mountain West hub to AMS’ national network. The combination strengthens AMS’ position as a premier high-touch fulfillment partner for digitally native and established consumer brands while giving customers more options to position inventory closer to consumers and optimize delivery performance.

AMS’s fulfillment network supports both direct-to-consumer and retail distribution from facilities located near major U.S. ports. Connecting Vox Fulfillment customers to that network will create new options for bi-coastal inventory placement, faster delivery to customers across the country and greater operational resilience. Vox Fulfillment customers will also gain access to enhanced reporting, inventory visibility and shipping optimization tools.
