Ice House America, LLC ("Ice House America", "IHA" or the "Company") announced today that it has acquired 86 ice and water vending units in Central Georgia and California from two owner-operators who had been operating the units over the last two decades. The acquisition considerably expands IHA's fleet of owned units in Georgia and marks the Company's first entrance into the California market.
"When we originally partnered with Fort Point in January 2024, one of our core growth strategies was to bolster the size and geographic reach of our Company-owned fleet of ice and water vending units. I'm thrilled to have started executing on this strategy so quickly, and we look forward to continuing to deliver fresh, affordable and safe ice and water to our communities," commented Troy Doom, CEO of IHA.
