VayKLife, a portfolio company of Fort Point Capital, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Xplorie, a leading provider of local experiences to the vacation rental market across the United States. The combination brings together two category leaders that have built their respective businesses around different elements of the vacationer experience and creates a unified platform well-positioned to redefine the industry.
Together, VayKLife and Xplorie enable vacation rental management companies to drive bookings, differentiate their properties, and deliver exceptional vacation experiences to their guests.
