VisuSewer Acquires Sheridan Plumbing & Sewer and Accurate Locating Services
Partnership Strengthens Geographic Presence in the Greater Chicago Region
VisuSewer (the “Company”), a portfolio company of Fort Point Capital, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Sheridan Plumbing & Sewer and Accurate Locating Services (“Sheridan” and “Accurate”, respectively), full-service providers of utility and commercial wastewater infrastructure services across Illinois. The acquisition of both companies, based in Bedford Park, IL, enhances VisuSewer’s presence in the Greater Chicago region and continues the Company’s track record of partnering with leading water infrastructure services companies.
